Our jewellery

Is your Sterling Silver jewellery hallmarked?

UK assay regulations stipulate that sterling silver jewellery at 7.78 grams and above should be hallmarked.  Although we stock many beautiful sterling silver items, we do not currently carry any items that require a hallmark. 

How do I look after my jewellery?

Although plated jewellery can tarnish, using stainless steel as the base metal makes it less likely to wear significantly over time.

However, there are still some ways to make your gold-plated stainless-steel jewellery and rhodium-plated stainless-steel jewellery last longer, such as using a microfiber cloth to wipe the piece down after use, using gold plated jewellery cleaner instead of harsh chemicals, avoiding water and detergents when wearing your gold-plated jewellery, and keeping it stored in its original pouch out of direct sunlight.

Presentation

How will my jewellery arrive? 

Your jewellery is presented in our branded jewellery pouch, ready for gifting.  The pouch will be lovingly wrapped in tissue paper and is dispatched a postal box and padded envelope.

Will my package include a receipt?

The order confirmation page is included in your parcel as standard.  If your item is to be sent directly to a recipient as a gift, please let us know so that we can ensure the item invoice is not included at the point of dispatch.  

Do you offer gift-wrapping?

Yes.  You have the option to add Honey Pot Jewellery gift wrapping before you reach the checkout. Our gift-wrapping theme is quality black paper with a gold hand tied bow.  

Shipping

When will I receive my jewellery?

I haven't received my jewellery yet.

You will receive an email when we dispatch it to you.

International delivery will take at least a week. Please check on your tracking in the first instance. If you haven't received your jewellery within ten days of dispatch, please let us know by email at sales@honeypotjewellery.co.uk so that we can investigate.

My order says it's delivered but I haven't received it.

Before we lodge an investigation with the courier, please make sure you have checked outside your property and with any neighbours.  Please also check the delivery address you have provided.

If you still need our help, get in touch at sales@honeypotjewellery.co.uk.  Investigations by the courier take at least seven working days before we can reach a resolution.

Can I change my shipping address?

Please check your details, including your shipping address thoroughly before placing your order.  We are unable to change your shipping address once we have dispatched your jewellery - the courier will deliver it to the address that was on your order. We are sorry, but any re-send will need to be at your own cost.

My jewellery has arrived, but there is a problem.

Please contact us at sales@honeypotjewellery.co.uk with a photograph if there is any problem with your jewellery and we will work with you to fix it straight away.

I made a mistake on my order. Can I change it?

Please check your details, including your shipping address thoroughly before placing your order. Once we have received your order, we pick and pack the order very promptly and it becomes increasingly difficult to make changes at this stage.  Please contact us at sales@honeypotjewellery.co.uk your earliest convenience.  From here we will advise you if we can amend your order.  Note that once we have dispatched your jewellery, we are unable to make any changes.
